I’m Blandy Inzunza, a warm, relationship driven real estate broker with John L. Scott Mercer Island. As a bilingual broker fluent in English and Spanish, I’m dedicated to making your buying or selling experience clear, comfortable, and as stress free as possible. My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident at every step.

I’m calm under pressure, intentional in negotiations, and always focused on what’s best for you. Even early in my real estate career, I’ve been able to build meaningful client relationships and I’m continually growing through John L. Scott’s training and tools. Before real estate, I was a stay-at-home mom, which taught me how to juggle a lot at once, stay organized, and adapt quickly — all skills that now help me guide my clients smoothly through big transitions.

I work with a wide range of clients and property types, including first time buyers, sellers, investors, relocation clients, new construction, luxury homes, condos, land, and more. I also stay involved in the community, which keeps me closely connected to the people and neighborhoods I serve.

I love sharing what makes this area special. Some of my favorite local spots include Luther Burbank Park, the Mercer Island Farmers Market, and Clarke Beach Park for time outdoors. When you’re looking for a great place to eat, I often recommend Mioposto Pizzeria, I Love Sushi, and The Roanoke Inn — all local favorites with a welcoming island feel.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active with fitness and wellness, traveling, and volunteering. I bring that same energy, care, and heart into how I show up for my clients.
